INSTRUCTIONS
1) In a large 2-quart saucepan, heat the butter.
2) Add rice and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
3) Add the green beans and water, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
4) Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
5)While rice is simmering, in a small skillet toast the almonds over medium low heat (should take about 3 minutes).
6) When all liquid has been absorbed, gently stir in the almonds and servse

INSTRUCTIONS
1) In medium sauce pot. Heat until hot. Add sausage and sauté until browned. Remove sausage and set aside.
2) In same pot, add in onions, red bell pepper, corn, garlic and Cajun seasoning. Sauté until onions are soft.
3) Add in sausage and cream. Stir to combine and simmer on low 15-20 min.
4) Heat rice according to package instructions.
5) Add the rice from the pouch and stir to combine.
6) Season with salt and pepper.
7)Serve.

INSTRUCTIONS
1) In plastic storage bag, combine curry powder, chicken, onion and bell pepper. Shake well to coat chicken and vegetables in curry powder.
2) Heat sauté pan over high heat and add tablespoon of oil. Add chicken mixture to pan and sauté until chicken is almost done, about 5 minutes.
3)Add in chicken broth and rice to pan. Heat until most of the chicken broth has absorbed, about 3 minutes.
4) Stir in yogurt and chopped cilantro into heated rice and chicken mixture.
5) Stir until well combined.
